Mike Delegal has managed large production projects in both the production and post-production phases for over ten years. His production experience ranges from the technological aspects of production to behind the scenes. He has worked with a large variety of production equipment. He has worked directly on such shows as LOST, LIE 2 ME, MEDIUM, GLEE, HAWAII 5-0, JUSTIFIED and numerous HBO Television series. Mike along with his amazing team can complete any task and is excited to get their hands on any new project. Mike's passion for helping professional artists achieve their dreams is the sole reason for creating Stryker Productions.
RYAN SAAB has taken his extensive knowledge of dance and theater and used it to create resources aimed at guiding and shaping the careers of both professional and pre-professional singers and dancers. He is the founder of the hugely successful nationwide dance resource and audition website StageDoorAccess.com (with over 4,000 active members in the USA and Canada) and is the co-founder of Stage Door Connections; a company which offers seminars and master classes with everyone from Broadway and Film choreographers to acclaimed musical directors and dance companies. Along with making the professional world more accessible to dancers through these two companies, Ryan is also the Associate Producer and Director for Tezoro Productions (LIVE at Broadway Dance Center, NYC) where he has developed and cast over 24 Instructional Dance DVDs taught by the nation'stop choreographers. Notable choreographers Ryan has worked with have been Andy Blankenbuehler, Rob Ashford, Kathleen Marshall, Desmond Richardson, Tyce Diorio, Randy Skinner and Mandy Moore. As a former entertainer himself, Ryan's experience extends from music video and commercial dance work to theatre, television and film. He Associate Choreographed and toured with the Sony Records World Showcase as a dancer for Jennifer Lopez and the South American tour for Latin vocalist "Alan". Beyond his extensive concert work in Los Angeles, he has traveled around the world as a back up singer and dancer in various tours and special events. His favorite theatre credits include West Side Story, Grease and Jesus Christ Superstar. Ryan has also appeared in "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Chicago Hope" along with a recurring role on the 90's hit series "Party of Five".
With hard work, determination, and experience Robert hones his skills to create and innovate any project that is given to him. He first developed an interest for musicianship when he was 10 years old where he began playing the clarinet in the school band. He picked up the guitar a couple years later, which soon had him playing in various bands as well as becoming interested in recording and producing music. Robert received a first look at what recording a full band had entailed while studying music in High School. It was then that he realized his passion of music producing and that he wanted to pursue this as a career. Through hands on education, Robert further developed his knowledge and skills for what it took to become a successful audio engineer and producer. Proficient in every audio software program currently being used he has a keen ability to artistically capture any client's "view" to deliver their vision. Credited shows include: Glee, CSI: NY, NCIS, and Hawaii Five-0.
Derek brings much drive and passion to his work as head of the sales and marketing team for Stryker Productions. He is a Southern California native with 12 years of sales and marketing experience. He started his journey at age 16 selling merchandise for a Los Angeles County Golf Course. He went on to work in retail for 6 years where he jolted his way to a management position. He then took an opportunity in 2007 to work for a Ticket Printing Company in Orange County, Ca where he handled all Trade Show duties handling such clients as the Grammys, Emmys, LA Auto Show and The LA County Fair. During his time with these companies he attended multiple sales and marketing seminars run by the Dale Carnegie Group. When not working, you can find him traveling, dining out, and being with family and friends. His driving mission is to see Stryker Productions succeed and become a driving force in today's economy in all aspects of their industry.
Justin Daniel, born in Dayton OH, began his dance training in High School dancing with Dayton Contemporary Dance Second Company. He then when on to receive his BFA in Dance from The Juilliard School where he work with world renowned choreographers and teachers. There he developed a passion for computer applications. While pursing his performing arts goals, Justin became a freelance Graphic Designer developing marketing materials for several dance companies, studios and choreographers.
